BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

HOTEL RAMON

Please read the Booking Conditions below carefully. Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of acceptance of the contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for those making the booking and for all other persons mentioned in the same.

RESERVATION

You can send an availability request from our website or via e-mail and wait for our response. Alternatively, you can book directly online by following the instructions available on our website www.hotelramon.it.

Following your request, you will receive a non-binding offer. A booking is accepted only after we receive written confirmation of the total amount of the accommodation from you along with the payment for the deposit (30% of the total amount), to be made within 7 days after our confirmation. In the absence of this amount, the reservation is to be considered invalid (unless the parties agree otherwise).

In the case of the purchase of a “PACKAGE HOLIDAY”, which includes additional services such as equipment rental, excursions with mountain guide, guided tours, and when third parties and/or external materials are included, the total amount of your accommodation will be charged (for credit card payment) or a bank transfer within 7 days from our confirmation will be requested.

The reservation becomes binding for Hotel Ramon only upon receipt of a copy of the receipt of payment of the deposit by bank transfer or by credit card details of the deposit, subject to written agreement by the customer (for the processing of data go to Privacy Policy).

At this point, Hotel Ramon will endeavor to send a confirmation e-mail or a summary voucher to be displayed at check-in. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data of this confirmation and to notify us as soon as possible of any anomaly. The communication must arrive within and not more than 4 days after receiving it. After this deadline Hotel Ramon will decline any liability for any inaccuracies.

It is mandatory to show the documentation of each guest (included minors) on your arrival. To make changes to the booking you must contact the front desk staff who will do everything they can to satisfy your request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of this request. If the reservation is moved to a period in which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking cancellation must be notified in writing.

STANDARD RATE

If the accommodation is canceled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit shall be retained. Hotel Ramon reserves the right to credit the total amount due for cancellations after this period.

In case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the total accommodation estimated in the booking confirmation, free from not consumed meal charges.

NON REFUNDABLE RATE

The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of the reservation and will not be refunded in the event of an alteration, a cancellation or a non-presentation.

No refund is payable to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay.

ANCELLATION OF A “PACKAGE HOLIDAY”:

Refund is not foreseen, regardless of the period of notice, for a “PACKAGE HOLIDAY”, i.e. combined with additional services such as equipment rental, excursions with mountain guide, guided tours, and when third parties and/or external materials.

NO-SHOW:

In the event of a non-presentation, the deposit will be withheld, and  Hotel Ramon reserves the right to credit the total amount due.

PAYMENT

Accepted methods of payment: bank transfer and credit card, cash.

The balance of the reservation must be paid on departure.

Any extra charges must be paid up before departure.

REASONS OF FORCE MAJEURE

The management declines any liability for service failure due to missed supplies, fortuitous equipment failure, or other causes of force majeure. We do not accept any liability for damage caused by other guests, from atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, illness and theft.
